About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Health & Social Care Trainer to join the Learning & Development team at Maria Mallaband Care Group.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence of colleagues across our national portfolio of care homes. Working closely with operational, quality and learning teams, you will help drive high standards of clinical practice, support service improvement initiatives and contribute to the delivery of outstanding resident care.
Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of engaging learning programmes that support both clinical excellence and organisational objectives.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across our care home portfolio, with occasional overnight stays where necessary. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is essential to ensure all colleagues have access to learning opportunities outside of standard business hours.
Due to the portfolio of Care Homes this role will cover we are looking for someone based nearby the M4 corridor and surrounding areas
