Marketing Coordinator

Location: Head Office: LS12 6DB

Office Based 4 days / 1 day WFH

Overall Purpose of the Role

To support the successful delivery of MMCG’s marketing strategy by managing local and groupwide marketing activity. Acting as a central point of contact between Head Office and the homes, the role is responsible for coordinating requests, managing day to day marketing administration, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing tasks and materials across the group.

This position plays a key role in maintaining consistency, accuracy and efficiency across all marketing activity, with a strong focus on task management and communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Local Marketing & Home Support

  • Act as the dedicated marketing contact for our homes, providing tailored support to drive occupancy, visibility, and local engagement.
  • Advise Home Managers on best practice marketing activity, brand compliance, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Ticket Management/ Marketing Requests

  • Manage, triage and respond to all incoming marketing requests to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
  • Produce regular reports including ticket volume, category breakdowns, trends, response times, and improvement recommendations.

3. Information Management & Accuracy Control

  • Update key operational details across internal and external platforms, ensuring all published information remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.

4. Social Media

  • Upload and schedule content to individual home Facebook pages in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with performance tracking and reporting.

5. Marketing Content & Collateral

  • Manage the production, ordering and stock control of marketing collateral.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.

6. Financial & Procurement Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders (POs) using internal systems, process invoices and support goods receipting.
  • Track marketing spend in line with budget requirements.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping for all financial activity.

7. Review Management

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews across key platforms (e.g. Google, Carehome.co.uk and others) maintaining a strong online reputation which aligns with the brands tone of voice.
  • Liaise with homes where input is needed to respond to specific feedback
  • Track review activity and highlight any recurring themes, concerns or trends

Experience & Required Skills

  • Previous marketing experience is desirable.
  • Strong written skills and confident communicator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially when managing public‑facing information.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data and present clear insights
  • Proactive, organised and reliable, with a “task ownership” mindset
