About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference through your work? We’re looking for a Billing & Collections Administrator to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding care and service.

Please note: This is a fixed term contract for between 3-6 Months with a possibility that could be extended.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and distribute invoices accurately and on time.
  • Track customer accounts, reconcile balances, and initiate collection efforts.
  • Post and allocate receipts daily; manage monthly direct debit collections.
  • Respond to internal and external queries, resolving disputes and billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, credit limits, and collection activity.
  • Liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities, and ICBs on complex funding cases.
  • Build strong relationships with Home Managers and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and support pre-admission checks.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in billing, credit control, and query resolution.
  • Understanding of collections, cashflow, and GDPR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of numeracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.            
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
