As a result of continued growth and development within the Marketing Department, we are searching for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Leeds.

This role is ideal for someone with varied marketing experience, who enjoys the creative and technical aspects of marketing, whilst working alongside a team. Someone with a go getter attitude that would enjoy playing a pivotal role in highlighting the great work that we do and helping to support the wider business goals.

Working with several internal stakeholders, this role would play a key part in the continual development of the Marketing strategy and touch on all digital platforms across the Group.

With almost 80 Care Homes and an impressive newbuild programme, we offer a challenging and rewarding environment for proactive and innovative individuals to flourish and develop.

Key Tasks

  • Manage and maintain the company website, with the ability to update software, make content changes, and develop the site to better serve our customers.
  • Help to create compelling content to be used across our digital platforms.
  • Assist the Sales team / Call centre in generating high quality leads through campaigns, initiatives, and ongoing channel development.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the success of marketing activity and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing activity.


What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years experience of working marketing environment, working both individually and as part of a team
  • Degree in Marketing, or equivalent training
  • Technical website knowledge, experience with Drupal or similar CMS is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & SEO Tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience of proposing new ideas and ways of working with confidence
  • Adobe creative suite experience, with a focus on video editing software would be advantageous.
  • A positive approach and a passion for business and the role that marketing plays within it
