We are excited to be recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor to join us and provide guidance, support, and advice to our internal stakeholders.
About the role
The Employee Relations Advisor will report to our Group Employee Relations Manager and deliver an outstanding support service to our colleagues and Managers. They will ensure a fair and consistent approach to all the Company’s policies and procedures, while promoting a positive culture and minimising risks.

For this position, we are looking for a confident and resilient individual with a ‘can-do’ approach who is ready to add value to the team through their experience and skills.
