Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months

We are excited to be recruiting for an Employee Relations Coordinator to join us and work collaboratively with the wider HR function, providing support with all HR/ ER related administrative tasks.

About the role

The Employee Relations Coordinator will report to our Group Employee Relations Manager and effective and efficient administrative support across the function, whilst building relationships with other internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and support Helpdesk on the HR System, including preparation of staff files – offer letters, contracts etc.
  • Manage the relationship with our Occupational Heath provider by processing referrals, appointments and invoices.
  • Administrative duties including providing reference requests, maintenance of ER records and preparing postage of any HR/ER related paperwork.
  • Manaher entry level employee relation cases in line with employment law and company policies and procedures.
  • For this position, we are looking for a confident and resilient individual with a ‘can-do’ approach who is ready to add value to the team through their experience and skills.

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience of working within a similar role is desirable
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Effective at building good working relationships
  • An understanding of work in a regulated environment
  • Good IT skills and use of Microsoft Office package
