Location: Leeds - 4 days office based + 1 WFH

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for UK immigration compliance? We’re looking for an Immigration Advisor to play a key role in supporting colleagues across our business and ensuring we meet all statutory immigration requirements.

Based at our Head Office in Leeds, supporting our care homes, central support, and regional teams, you’ll provide expert guidance on right to work, visa and immigration matters, while helping us maintain high standards of compliance and governance.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert support to colleagues on time-limited work permits and Right to Work checks, ensuring all renewals are processed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee the monitoring of visa restrictions and conditions, keeping the business fully compliant and informed.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for DBS checks and renewals, advising teams on requirements and timelines.
  • Support colleagues through sponsored worker and visa application processes, offering guidance and helping navigate documentation needs.
  • Use your strong understanding of the Sponsor Management System (SMS) to maintain accurate records and support key compliance activities.
  • Managed shared immigration and compliance mailboxes, ensuring timely, professional responses and proactive follow-up.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrable experience working with UK immigration law, visa requirements, and right-to-work legislation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Sponsor Management System and experience supporting visa-holding colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, supportive approach.
