About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with 1 to 2 Years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision making by analysing business data, creating insightful reports and documenting reporting process. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, Experience with BI Tools and excellent documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Report Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all BI Reports, including methodologies, data sources, and reporting processes.

Ensure that documentation is accurate, up to date and accessible to relevant team members.

Develop user guides and training materials to help stakeholders understand and utilize BI reports effectively.

Data Analysis and reporting:

Assist in the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources into BI Tools.

Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and insights that support business decisions.

Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards.

Data Management:

Collaborate with the BI Team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Assist in development and maintenance of data sources.

Participate in data cleansing and validation processes to ensure high-quality data.

Tools and system Utilization:

Utilize Power BI to analyse and visualize data.

Support the implementation and optimization of BI solutions.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power BI tool and reports.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.

Identify opportunities to improve existing BI Processes and reporting capabilities.

          Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in BI, Data Analysis or related role.

Excellent documentation skills, with experience

       In creating and maintaining Technical Documentation.

Proficiency in BI Tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

Basic Knowledge of database Management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.

Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Team Player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
