About the Role

Are you customer focused and motivated to deliver an outstanding service? Do you have excellent administrative experience in addition to exceptional organisational skills? Do you want to join a team supporting organisational learning & development at Maria Mallaband?

The Learning & Development team contributes to the continued success of Maria Mallaband by supporting all our services Nationwide, supplying continuous opportunities to develop through a range of courses, qualifications & Apprenticeships to ensure CPD. We also support organisational development, working closing with Colleges & Universities to support continuous improvement and organisational change.

                       ***** PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT COVERING MATERNITY LEAVE *****

 

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to join us and bring their excellent Administration skills to the delivery of this key service. With over 6000 staff, the administration team deal with high volumes of enquiries, bookings and calls to resolve queries. We work to tight deadlines and require excellent organisational & time management skills to manage a variety of tasks and demands.
