We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Lifestyle Support Manager to help us to support the implementation and embedding of our industry leading More…. Lifestyle Programme for those living with us. This is a very niche role where no two days will ever be the same so are exceedingly rare to the market! 

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be a driver. It is anticipated that this role will require you to be on the road up to 4 days a week with 1 day a week from home. 

Responsibilities 

  • Supporting a selection of our homes across the South and Midlands regions to ensure the implementation and delivery of our branded More…. Lifestyle strategy and activity experience. 
  • Lead from the front in piloting new Lifestyle products and services. 
  • Attend events, roadshows and conferences. 
  • Share best practices across the Group to ensure a consistent and improved operational delivery of Lifestyle in all homes. 
  • Support recruitment to build a stable and skilled home Lifestyle team who are engaged and bought into the wider More… strategy. 

 

Knowledge and Experience Required 

  • Comfortable working across multiple remote sites and projects whilst managing time effectively. 
  • Happy to work with multiple stakeholders with the ability to influence and educate. 
  • A positive outlook and a proactive approach to overcoming barriers to success. 
  • An activities or care background is desirable but not essential. 
  • Ability to challenge the norm and think creatively – we are innovative and encourage our teams to be the same. 
  • Strong IT Skills – specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
