Onboarding Coordinator - 6 Months FTC
Location: Leeds - 4 Days office based + 1 WFH

£28,000 pa

The role :

  • Working within the Talent team offering an excellent level of service to all our candidates, guiding them through the full on-boarding process, ensuring an experience-led journey, and collating all information required for background checking in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Take ownership for and be the main point of contact for all assigned candidates during their on-boarding journey, and collate all the required documents to complete a full onboarding pack for our new colleagues.
  • Conduct all pre-employment screening checks, including referencing, contracts, criminal records checks and other associated vetting, ensuring strict compliance to defined requirements, escalating where a candidate may not satisfy the requirements prior to start date.
  • Monitor related mailboxes and action queries accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the candidate experience and on-boarding process.
  • Other associated duties as directed and/or delegated to by Talent Onboarding Manager.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Experience working within an administrative role, or in a fast paced and volume led customer focused environment.  With the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Customer centric approach with an experience-led journey at the front and centre.
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • General understanding of the Data Protection Act (2018) and GDPR (2018) and the Equality Act (2010) 
  • HR Administration experience desirable.
